The site was mostly easy to use, I think. I got through everything without much trouble, but checkout felt a bit clunky to me. Maybe I missed something, but it seemed like it could be a little smoother.

I placed my order weeks ago and still haven’t received any shipping update. Every time I reach out to support, they basically tell me to keep waiting. Maybe I’m reading too much into their tone, but it feels like they’re not really concerned about it, which is frustrating.

I thought this would fit in my bag easily, but, actually, it’s way bigger than I expected. It feels too bulky to carry around the course comfortably.

My rangefinder broke and getting a replacement was way more frustrating than it should’ve been. It took forever, and every time I contacted support, I basically got the same vague answer with no real update. I also started wondering if there were some extra fees or catches they weren’t being upfront about, because nothing felt very clear. Definitely not buying from them again.

I picked up this rangefinder from Precision Pro Golf and it’s been really solid. I’ve compared it with the markers on the course and also with my buddy’s pricier one, and it’s basically giving me the same numbers. It locks on fast too, even when I’m not holding it perfectly steady. That part was better than I expected. No real complaints from me — it does what I need out there.

It was okay overall, but a bit pricey for what you get. I had planned my day around this and it kind of threw things off, so that was annoying. Not terrible, just not something I’d be excited to spend money on again.

I ended up keeping spare batteries in my bag just so I could finish a round, which is ridiculous for what it costs. And trying to deal with the automated support stuff just made me more annoyed, I hate getting bounced around by a system when I just want a simple answer. I wouldn’t buy it again

I still like the rangefinder itself. It picks up yardages well and does what I need it to do on the course, so no real complaints with the actual device.

The app is where things feel like they’ve gone downhill. It used to be a lot smoother, but now it loses connection or takes a few tries to sync, which is annoying before a round. Support info helped a little, but overall it still feels clunky and needs to be more reliable.

I usually stick with another golf brand I’ve bought from for years, so I was already a little torn about trying something different. I really thought this would stay put better, but the magnet just isn’t strong enough. It kept sliding off the cart during rounds, which got frustrating fast. it felt a bit like a bait and switch because I expected something much more secure. After a while, I stopped trusting it altogether.

The display just isn’t as clear as I was hoping. In normal lighting it looks sorta washed out, so I end up checking the number twice to make sure I’m reading it right. For the price, I expected it to be better. It’s frustrating.
